Stefanie Grebe, Cologne, theoretician and practitioner in the field of photography and digital images. She is a photographer, scholar of images, curator and lecturer at various academies of design and art. She studied philosophy, history, sociology, communication design, and art. In the focus of her research: The portrait and the image of human beings; Enactment of authenticity in documentary photography; Analyses of the contextuality of photographs. In the focus of her artistic work: The photographic portrait, analogue perception, stills and moving images.
